This piece is a vector portrait that I did for my advanced drawing/portfolio class during my last semester at CU. This piece was part 2 of my 2-part fairy-tale series. For my second piece in the series, I wanted to continue with the fairy-tale theme, and I decided to do a ‘family portrait’ of my significant other and I. I kept my clothing white with a 2-piece set for the innocence aspect. I chose a navy-blue shirt for my significant other to represent confidence and stability in our relationship; I also gave him elf ears and I kept my fairy tale persona. As for the background, I went with a light green and instead of flowers, I added in leaves to represent growth—our growth together and as individuals.
